This could be a first!  The 2008 World Fantasy Award novel nominees include books by a husband and wife.  Territory by Emma Bull and Gospel of the Knife by Will Shetterly will duke it out with two other books for the award.  Maybe, as happens with Oscars some times, they’ll cancel each other out.

Winners will be annouonced at the annual convention in Calgary this fall.
